Might be useful for a chain with a multiple store presence and wouldn&#39;t it be interesting if 10 stores from the same chain installed this and the evaluated results showed similar tendencies. I also understand a possible need for this for multi store chains so they can all work off the same page and here is an idea which the control freaks will never let happen.<br/>Employ people and give them a bit of ownership instead of asking them to function like robots. Yes the debate continues about the quality of some customer service employees and I presume you youself go out and explain the privelege of giving good customer service and a few other basics.
